Return Path products will no longer be made available for renewal to Salesforce customers beginning May 1, 2021. Additionally, Salesforce can no longer be certain that Return Path’s third party product functionality will be available after your next order from the anniversary date. Given this change, it is critical that customers build a plan with their Salesforce representative immediately to manage their email deliverability and inbox placement reporting needs.
